Jimmie Johnson's win at the Brickyard proved once again that this mid-season classic means more
than just a win.   For the seventh time in 15 seasons, the winner of the Brickyard has continued on to
win the Championship.    Las Vegas and Bristol remain second and third.   Johnson swept Phoenix to
bump the Champ % up to 16% at the 1 mile track.

Homestead and Chicago are the only active tracks that have not had a race winner win the
Championship.  Homestead now leads all winless tracks with 10 race winners failing to win the title.

The chart below shows the Champ winning % of each track visited since 1972.
