Jimmie Johnson becomes the first driver of 2007 season to build upon a winning streak at a
track. With the Las Vegas win, Jimmie has 3 wins in a row at a track for the second time in his
career. Earlier, he had won four consecutive races at Charlotte (between 2004 and 2005).
Jimmie is one of only 25 drivers in Cup history to accomplish the 'three in a row' feat and only
the 12th driver ever to do it twice in his career. Now we have to wait until 2008, when the series
returns to Las Vegas to see if Jimmie can become the fourth driver ever to win 4 in a row at a
track, twice in his career.
